2000 Ford Windstar Leaking water and smoke

Hello, recently I purchased a 2000 ford windstar, 3 weeks ago water starting leaking about a week later I stared the van to see exactlt where the water was leaking from and I noticed there was smoke coming out tail pipe can you shed some light on this issue.
