1999 Ford Windstar Surging

Our windstar has recently started surging, almost jerking. It does it between 35&40 mph and if on the highway right about 67 mph. We have tried fuel injector cleaner. Help??

If all tune up parts are good, try unplugging the MAF sensor and going for a ride, if it improves, replace the MAF sensor. You can try cleaning it with MAF cleaner, but DO NOT touch the wire inside the sensor with anything!
