What is the relay located behind the heater/ac controls inside the cabin?

the fuse junction panel is behind the left side of dash, there is nothing listed for behind center of dash. do you have a component not operating? may be blower motor relay.. ?

Coming home today I tried to use the lighter and it did not work.

no relay for the lighter, most likely fuse is blown for it.
