try turning on the heater only cold air coming out and a knocking noise ??? need help thanks juan

Had the same problem. Heater in the back worked fine, but the front was stuck in the cold position. I could get the knocking noise to stop if I moved the front temp adjust slider **** about 1/2 inch from cold. Finally took it in after one too many cold winters and they replaced some motor for $200. Works great again.
