head gasket repair

Hello,

Few items to remember before getting started on a head gasket replacement:

Rotate crankshaft to zero degrees top dead center (TDC) on the compression stroke.
Be sure to disconnect he negative battery cable. Drain coolant. You will have to remove the top cowl vent panel
Remove air filter tube assembly
Remove all the vacuum hoses. Also the EGR valve needs to be removed.
Also the fuel line need to be depressurized and disconnected.
