my 1996 3.8L ford windstar blew the twenty amp fuse marked fuel pump/PCM,in the PDC thought the problem was bad windings in the fuel pump, so ofcourse replaced it. nope two days later blew again, replaced said fuse and drove blew again the next day, on third day it blew four fuses in a row as soon as the key was turned to the on position. any ideas im thinking control module relay, ignition control module or ignition switch how can i test the CMR or I.S.
