2002 f150 4.2L. with 4spd (overdrive) manual trans. Blows fuse number 15 (5 amp) when the truck is parked and unoccupied. The factory recall for the speed(cruise) control has not been done. This fuse controls the circut (amopg other things) that control the interior dome lights, power windows and wipers.
