1980 Ford Truck 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

When I turn my key to the run position, nothing works and it makes it impossible for me to perform electrical tests on the carburetor thermostat or anything.

Check and test all the fusible links. Power comes from the fusible links before it goes to the ignition switch.
