Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid

Hey, guys. I was wondering if you could tell me the location of the TCCS on a 1994 Ford Thunderbird, 3.8L V6. (73,000 miles). Thanks for any info.

I've heard that in some cars it can be located by removing the pan or cover to expose it, but some cars seem to require the engine being lifted out, which is a lot more than I'm willing or able to do. Does anyone know?
