I have a 1990 T-Bird, 3.8 Engine, with about 120K miles on it. This car has a small leak from the Thermostat Housing (bottom section).

I've replaced the housing and the thermostat and no luck - the dripping still ocurs!

Is there a special way the thermostat needs to be installed?

I'm going crazy here!

If it has a jiggle valve on it and normally it has an indentation within the housing to install it correctly.-could be a miniature crack on the manifold.
