Ford Thunderbird Keyless Entry

I recently purchased a 1993 Ford Thunderbird which has a keyless entry system. I quite frankly do not trust the people I purchased the vehicle from and would like to disable/remove the system without removing the fuse.

Find the keyless entry module, usually located on the package tray in the trunk and unplug, then check for no operation, it will also disable the lamp-on system thru the door handles I think..
