Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Ford Thunderbird V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I am helping a friend change his oil, which has not been done in way over a year. We were unable to get it off by hand or with tool, therefore tried using a screwdriver. We stuck it all the way through and attempted to turn it, at this point it completely wrecked the inside filter and metal casing. He then cut off all of the casing so all that is left of the filter is the small part that screws in to the car. We have been attempting to get it off for several hours now! What should we do to get it off?
