1994 Ford Thunderbird V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

While driving my car, there is a rough vibration when the vehicle shifts from third gear to fourth gear and goes away after the shift is completed. Another way it disappears, is if you floor the accelerator.

What could this be?

First off, is the check engine light on (trouble codes stored) ? If so, what code(s) are stored?

It could be a driveline issue or a misfire issue. I would suggest checking for a frozen / faulty u-joint. To check it, unbolt the driveshaft and remove it then articulate the joints.
