the window is bound up and the motor just runs, the window will move about 2 inches down and has a hard time to shut it... I have taken the inside panel off and it seems that the window arms are bound up...motor runs fine... how can I free the arms so that they work normal??? or what has to be taken apart or replaced???

I think the nylon gear studs inside your electric motor are probably shot. They sell them at O'Reilly's for $10 in the "Help!" part section.

You will just need to remove the motor, (remove the speaker and you can pull it out through there). You will have to have a star head to remove the metal plate on the motor and then just clean out the gear area and replace the studs.

I have replaced these on 3 different cars and all were just these studs breaking apart.

Good luck!
