1994 Ford Thunderbird bad gas smell and over abundense of e

i have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my thunderbird when its running it shoots out so much white smoke you cant even see and the exhaust smells very strongly of gas im sure you could probably ignite the exhaust. i checked for feul leaks but have found none so i dont know what it could be
