1990 Ford Thunderbird Won't idle

My 1990 Thunderbird SC won't idle. It stays at around 2200-2500 rpm. It had a blown head gasket when i got it. Fixed that and all other things with that repair.

Check and test the idle speed control solenoid, throttle position and mass airflow sensors-also clean out around the throttle plate
