Nothing on dash is working

180 MILES • 6 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Nothing on dash is working and have no indicator signals on dash or outside of car the usual lights light up when starting the car the only thing I have on the dash is kilometers. I have checked all fuses with test light that I think are relevant and all seem fine.
