1994 Ford Tempo seat belt

i'm no expert on the tempo seat belt common problems. but i think your plastic track/belt is broke. it's along strap lookin thing with even spaced holes in it the whole way. to make motor stop you could pull plastic interior panel on inner door post and pull plug apart. there's aslo a control box module behind glove box they say, i've never been there myself. look at this post for more info. https://www.2carpros.com/forum/1994-ford-tempo-automatic-seatbelt-vt273154.html?highlight=seatbelt
