1994 Ford Tempo 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have changed a harmonic balancer in an f-150 before but there was alot more room.My question is how do you change the harmonic balancer when the frame is almost up against the pulley?

should be able to get it by taking wheel off and maybe dropping motor mount although that may not be necessary?
