1993 Ford Tempo car making loud moaning noise at air intake

I would like you to check the idle air control motor and see if the noise is coming from there. Here is a pic of it and you can use a long screwdriver or automotive stethiscope and to listen to it. If you use a long screwdriver just put the handle end to your ear and the other on the Idle Air Control Motor. Here is the pic and let me know how it goes.

On the intake manifold right side just past throttle see the air by-pass valve. is nois comming from that area? What condition is air filter?

Thanks for the help. I tried the screwdriver and could not pinpoint the noise. I went to a junk yard found an idle control motor ( found a new one that had recently been replaced on old junker) paid the yard $10.00 works perfect. donated small amount to you guys. Total time about one hour. Went and bought case of beer, drank a big toast to you guys.
