I pulled fuses until I found the circuit that was causing the drain. It was the fused that ran the radio, power mirrors, dome lights under hood light switch & decklid switch. I unplugged every switch & connector in the circuit, but it was still causing a drain. What else is their that I can check?

Since its not the load itself-therefore the wire has a direct short to ground. Put the fuse back in-disconnect the alternator wiring all of it and see what happens if the drain goes away-you have a shorted diodes in the alternator.
