Electrical problem
1990 Ford Tempo 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 97k miles

My car has been running fine...Then I drove it today and pulled into my garage and the car will not turn over. We replaced the solenoid and had the starter checked. There is a wiring problem due to the fact that my a/c does not come on, nor my heater fans, unless you switch them on and off repeatedly. Then occassionally they come on. My dash lights are extremely dim and my switch for my headlights if you click it will turn them off. There is no power going to the starter. I was checking the alternator and the middle wire that is by itself broke off. I am at a loss.
