i bout this car cheap! however the tires are pigeon toed and i need to know how to fix this problem as the tires howl if you go over 30 miles per hr so it cannot be driven at this point. i tried losening the strut assembly to push the upper tire in but it won't budge. the person i bought the car from had a "friend" replace the drivers side rack and pinion ball joint and when he got the car back the alignment was screwed up, and it was not like that prior to the repair. he tells me that you could let go of the steering wheel and it would drive in a straight line,now if you let go it hooks a drastic left turn

if he just changed either the inner or outer tie rod end or both, then he must have adjusted it wrong. it's the only adjustment possible on these cars for alignment. simply put the steering wheel on center and look at tires from a ways out front. if the replaced side is turned in to far the adjust that side by loosening the outer tie rod end nut and rotating tie rod until the wheel looks right. then measure across front tires frontside and backside at tread for equal distance. then drive to test.
