not sure about your question? whats the reason for removing lens? do you mean headlight lens/reflector assembly?according to Haynes it is held in by 4 nuts from behind. an upper and lower on each side.

ok, i know exactly what you mean now. i use a headlight polishing compound to make them clear again. you can get it at the local auto store. but if your chrome reflecting material on the inside is ruined then you can look for better light assemblys at the scrap yard! maybe you can even buy new 1's online somewhere? do a google search!
