Tuarus Clicking Noise

I have a '97 Tuarus with 191000 miles on it, it has the standard 3.0 engine with auto transmission. When starting the engine, I hear a clicking noise coming from the engine compartment. This clicking noise will eventually stop after driving for awhile.

Open the hood and see if you can narrow it down a bit...Could be the lifters, could be the injectors, could be a relay! Is it the engine? or on one of the fenders?
