Sable/Taurus Blower motor fan switch

I need to know where the fan switch for a 97 mercury Sable is.Behind the dash but where.I have an inop blower motor and Im trying to find out where my problem is.Its not the relay or fuse.I need to know where the switch is so I can then determine the problem.Thanks

If it only runs on high there is a resistor pack in the blower housing that goes bad. That's the only problem I have ever seen with the blower.

No it doesnt blow at all.Im trying to figure out how to run 12 volts directly to the blower.
