The car is not registering hot, but fluid coming out of radiator cap.

Good afternoon.
The fluid may be leaking from a bad radiator cap. Try this first. It may take care of it.
Beyond that, you would need to have the head gaskets checked for leaking. You could get a chemical kit at a parts store to test for hydrocarbons in the coolant which would indicate a failed head gasket.
