I'd say take it to a locally-owned trusted trans shop and have them, if they're equipped, test the tcc circuitry, you didn't damage any of the connectors or associated pieces while replacing parts???Here's a list of the procedure:

² C2: CHECK ELECTRICAL SIGNAL OPERATION
² C3: CHECK CONTINUITY OF SOLENOID SIGNAL AND VPWR HARNESS CIRCUITS
² C4: CHECK SOLENOID/HARNESS FOR SHORTS TO POWER AND GROUND
² C5: TRANSAXLE FUNCTIONAL TEST
² C6: TRANSAXLE DRIVE CYCLE TEST
² C7: CHECK RESISTANCE OF SOLENOID/HARNESS
² C8: CHECK SOLENOID/HARNESS FOR SHORT TO GROUND
² C9: AX4N INTERNAL ELECTRONIC DIAGNOSTICS
² C10: CHECK INTERNAL AX4N HARNESS (CONTINUITY)
² C11: CHECK INTERNAL AX4N HARNESS (SHORTS TO GROUND)
² C12: CHECK SOLENOID RESISTANCE
² C13: CHECK SOLENOID FOR SHORT TO GROUND
