What do codes p1131, 1132, p1130, and PO 0310 mean?

I have 1998 ford taurus se with a 24v 3.0L v6. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

The 0310 is a misfire detection that should be ignored at this point. The other ones are a lean condition that is being corrected by increasing the richness. Start with a fuel pressure check for specifation being too low.
