Hi-
My car has over 120K Miles. Other specificiations are Ford Taurus SE V6 with 3.0 L engin. I took my car for diagnosis of the check engine light. I was told my car had misfire issue (P1309) and the mechanic said may be changing the CAM Shaft would resolve the problem. The following were changed on the car: Spark Plugs and Wires/CAM Shaft/Radiator relator sensors. The engine light did not go away, so we changed PCM. Now we get the same P1309 plus bad oxygen sensor (downstream) error codes. The car drives is normal. How would you take care of the misfire problem?

[quote="mfpicon"]I had this shop install a replacement engine into a 2000 acura integra, as I was going to turn on the car, it appeared the battery was dead. They charged it and still nothing. the lights worked but the engine wouldnt turn. they said it might have to do with my alarm system. A week before i took the car to the shop I removed the original battery(dead batter) and replaced it with a one from"my other car "because I had a locksmith come out and make me a key, he then put the old one back in after he was done. The mechanics at the shop said the car was ok in the morning, but when I went to pick it up it wouldnt start.
hEY I GOT ALMOST THE SAME PROBLEM .EXCEPT THAT THE ODOMETER LIGHTS DONT COME ON IN THE CAR AND EVERY THING ELSE DOUES EXEPT FOR THE WIDOWS DONT WORK ALONG WITH THE SUNROO.
