Keyless entry remote no longer works

Keyless entry remote no longer works. Changed battery no luck. Tried reprograming and found door locks did not cycle open closed. Could not go further. Any ideas? Thanks

If this is the only issue then the likely issue is the remote is defective or out of sync with the module.

If you tried to program it and it did not work then I suspect you need to replace it.
