2005 Ford Taurus Grinding noise/feeling when braking

2005 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i had thought it was just worn break pads. then i changed them an i still feel grinding, could it be the axle bearings?

Could be the axle bearings also inspect the CV Joints
