My car sometimes makes schreeching sound when trying to start. Sometimes it only takes 1 or 2 tries, today it took 7 tries before it actually turned over. I could hear whirring sound when I turned it off and tried again. Starter has been replaced. Now I'm thinking that it's the belt tensioner. The whirring sound is coming from the driver's side of the car. It's not a new problem but it's getting worse. I was also told that it could be dents in the flywheel. I'm not doing the work myself. I just want to know where to start
