2003 Ford Taurus vibration at 60+ MPH

Car develops rythmic shudder type vibration above 60 MPH. Vibration isn't really felt in steering wheel, but shakes through body of car. Tempo of vibration increases as speed increasses from 60 to 75. It isn't apparent at speeds below 60.

check the balance of the tires and observe the wear pattern. align if neccessary

I have the same thing going on, but I can feel the vibration in the steering wheel. I have balanced and rebalanced the tires and replaced them with no effect. Any other suggestions?
