how do i replace the line from my washer reservoir to the windshield

Buy some 1/4 inch vacuum hose, cut it to length, plug it onto the pump, and jets.

It looks like you need to remove the fender lining on the passengers side front wheel to remove the washer reservoir and the washer hose/tube. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
