the heater blower won't work .fuses good. will come on after about 15 minutes. when turn car off then same process all over again. heater blower works when it wants to

Suspect blower motor
place switch speed on high remove blower motor connector and check for power and ground if have both and motor will not operate remove and replace blower motor
