I just did a brake job on my 2002 Taurus. Installed as part of the job were new rotors and drums. When adjusting the rear drums I could tell that they weren't true. The new drums pulsate worse that my original. The new ones are definatly out of round out of the box. The front rotors aren't much better. Do new drums and rotor need to be turned out of the box?

Sometimes! Even though it isn't recommended, I would just return them for another set....They can be warped due to handling or improper storage.
