2002 Ford Taurus Bubbling

I had my transmission fluid changed about a year and a half ago. I droped the pan installed a new filter gasket ,fluid.....now I get real fine bubbles coming up and out the dip stick shoot when the dip stick goes in.When I raise my hood to check the fluid it will bubble out very fine bubbles for about 5 seconds then it stops. The fluid on the housing of the engine comes out of the dip stick tube while I'm driving. The car shifts great....reverse drive etc. Is some thing plugged or do I need to change the filter, fluid,and pan gasket again....please help!
