After checking the owners manual, I concluded I needed to focus on the fuses, if thats what their called. Not the typical looking fuse because they are square and black. Regardless, the blower is not working at all, although when I turn the dial on the air choice, I can hear clicking as if it wants to work. Turn the blower dial and nothing. I have switched out one of the black fuses with another to see if that was it, and still nothing. By the way, could Ford have found a harder place to try to check fuses? Drivers side up from the brake pedal!! Need to be a contortionist just to get leverage!!! :) Anyways, thats where it stands and Ive run out of ideas. Appreciate any guidance! Thank you in advance.

Those are actually called relay, similar to a switch, and yep they always seem to hide them well. Since you do hear clicking when the blower is turned on, that means the relay is working. If the relay is working then the fuse is most likely good as well for the circuit. You will need to remove the a/c control panel switch (the place with knobs) and inspect the wiring from that to the blower motor itself. Make sure the blower motor is getting 12v power. If it is and not working then it needs replaced. If it is not then either the switch or blower motor resistor is most likely culprit
