My theft light flashes when i turn the key to on, and it wont turn over, is there a way too bypass the Theft System?...

I hate to say it, but it needs to go to a dealer. They are the only ones that have the proper test equipment to check the system.
To get it to a dealer, try leaving the key in the run position for aprox 10+ minutes. See if the light goes off. If it does, the vehicle should start.
