no fuel pressure, how do I test the pump pressure?

I had to let my car sit over the winter. The alternator went bad. It did get to -25 degrees here over the winter. Now, the fuel pump won't start. I have plenty of crank, just no starting. I even took off the fuel filter and turned the key on. No fuel. I don't want to have to replace the fuel pump if not needed. Switched relays around and still nothing. Plenty of spark. Fuses all good. Inertia switch ok and reset. Any ideas?

Here is the information you requested. It sounds like you may have a weak or failing fuel pump that is not providing adequate fuel pressure. Your car has an in tank fuel pump so you will have to remove the fuel tank to gain access. I've attached picture steps below on how to remove and replace both the fuel tank and fuel pump on your car. The last picture below is the fuel pressure specification for your car. Here is a tutorial showing how to test fuel pressure after the repair is complete to verify proper fuel pressure:
