2001 Ford Taurus car vibrating high speed

I did by my self 4 new quick strust , 2 new ball joints,2 new outer tie rod end ,bring shop put in 2 new half shaft and 4 new tie , anligment 2 time bring to dealer force balancing 1 tim stil feel vibrating 65miles up to 80 when I step on gas but when I release gas let it going down 80 to 60 miles I din't fell it vibrating from steering at all .Another question please take car to dealer change coolant flush but I drive home and check I saw coolant was up to top of cap pass max line level is that my car will damage water pump or anythings eles ? thank you
