while driving all of a sudden the windshield wipers will start up doing 4-5 times then stop. About a hour later (250 Mile Trip) it would start again. This has been going on for 3-4 years but just in the last few months has started getting on my nerves. This all happens when it is NOT raining. When it rains turn them on they work fine. It is while they are in the off position that this ghost just startes the windsheild wipers going. Any Idea what this caused by?
