Try this: raise the front tires off the ground. turn the wheels with the engine off several times all the way one way then all the way the other. Return to the center position and start the engine. With the tires still raised, turn the wheel all the way to the left until it bumps on the stop. Bump the stop 4 or 5 times and then shut off the engine. Let it stay turned all the way. Wait until all the air bubbles sissipate in the resevior. Then start the engine and do the same to the right side. Repeat going back and forth and shutting the engine off several times. By this time, you should be getting very few bubbles in the resevior. Run the engine and rotate the wheels left to right, hitting the bumps each time. try to turn it as fast as you can. return the wheels to the center position and lower the vehicle. then check it with the weight on the tires and see if the problem is corrected. If it is not, the system will have to be bled with a vaccum pump in order to get all the air out of the system.
