I have a 1999 ford Taurus with 150000 miles on it. On a downhill, or up hill depending how the car is facing, while driving, it makes this loud "cluck" sound at the rear of the car like around the wheels whenever the break pedal is pressed, and when going down a hill at 5 or 10 mph whenever I press the break pedal, it feels like a loose pedal for about 3seconds after steping on it then afterwards, the breaks kick in. Can you tell me what is wrong, and how can I get it repaired? Also, where is the oxygen sensor located?

The only suggestion I have is to inspect the brakes! With 150,000 miles on it, ALL parts are suspect! 02 sensors will be 2 upstream(b4 Converter) and 1 possibly 2 downstream(behind converter).
