I was about to have motor mounts replaced when upon closer eval by my mechanic, it turns out to be the k-member bushings are worn.

I need info on this as the car itself is worth less than what I've already done maintenance-wise; but have no other options really, but to keep it going for now.

If k-member bushings are bad, do I assume k-member is bad?
And do I assume motor mounts need to be replaced too?

How is this usually approached? All or nothing on the parts? Parts sold together?
Which is more reasonable, since I have no other transportation, After market or Dealer parts?
Thanks

Hi No you should not assume the frame member is bad or the motor mounts . you had them checked by a mechanic he would tell you good or bad.

so the less expensive is to replace the frame bushings and dealer or aftermarket will work
