1999 Ford Taurus brake lights not working

I have changed the brake light switch, the fuse to the brake lights as well as both bulbs. I still do not have brake lights what else could it be

Check at the brake light for battery power at one wire you should have it at all time and when step on paddle should have power at both
let me know what you have so that we can find if we go forward or backward from the switch
