I want to install a neutral safrty switch myself, how should go about it? Are there any special tools necessary or is beyond a novice's ability? Also there a problem with the oxy. sensor I want to put it in also

Hi: Here is a schematic of the starting system. The switch you are refering to is refered to as a transmission range (TR) switch. I's located in the left rear of the engine compartment on top of the trans housing.
