My Ford Taurus recently has been making a grinding sound whenever I slow down and its coming from the back passenger side. It has been doing it for 2-3 weeks was about to go home and fix it. Reversed my car out of the parking spot, worked just fine besides the grinding sound. I then went to put it in drive and the back passenger will not move. It stays in spot and will not budge. I jacked it up, took off the wheel which turned just fine freely. Hoping its a cheap and easy fix.

Doesn't move because of frozen wheels or tranny issue ?
Driving with brakes grinding for two weeks will cause the tires to freeze up check calipers and hoses
