Transmission problem
1997 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
My 1997 Taurus check engine soon light came on. I bought a obdII and the code came back as P1744.
"torque converter clutch system performance/stuck"
Is this the cyliniod? If so is it external/ in the trans oil pan? Thanks
